Shoro.aiOklahoma uses a hybrid model for its learner permit process. You can take the written test from home - but you cannot skip the in-person office visit for vision screening, fingerprints, and permit issuance.
You cannot receive the physical learner's permit card entirely online. You can take the official written knowledge test from home via the KnowTo Drive portal, but you must still visit a Service Oklahoma location in person for vision screening, fingerprint capture, document verification, photo, and permit issuance.
